Refund policy
RETURN POLICY: We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Be advised that this is a pet friendly home, pets do not interact with your items or the fabric they are made with. No refund will be given due to allergies.
To start a return, you can contact us at theyellowpterodactylllc@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for mailing it back in a timely manner. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or certain personalized items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get an exchange, is to immediately contact through email to make us aware there is a problem with your order. If your order is an item that is able to be exchanged, you are responsible for mailing it back to us and in a timely manner. Your exchanged item will be sent out to you as soon as the returned item is received.
Refunds
Due to the custom nature of most orders, refunds will be given on a case by case basis. Please email the shop with your problem to see if you are eligible for a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
