Shipping policy

TAT-our current turn around time differs on what you are ordering.
FOR SEWN ITEMS-TAT is 18-21 business days. FOR UPCYCLE ITEMS- TAT is 6-8 weeks.

FOR CROCHET ITEMS-TAT is 1-2 weeks for most items, but can be up to 6 weeks for larger and more detailed orders. To know what your approximate tat would be for what you want to order, Tat for these will be under each individual product listing.

TAT FOR SEWN AND CROCHET ITEMS ORDERED TOGETHER- if you order a sewn item with a crochet item, please note that your tat will follow the longest tat for all of the items included in your order. If you need your items sooner, do not order the two different TAT items on the same order. Same rules also apply for ordering preorder and made to order items.

Shipping times for all items can be found under the collection that you ordered under. Items will be shipped through USPS. USPS usually has items to you within 3-5 days. Please know that as soon as your items are in possession of USPS, I am no longer responsible for your package. It is your responsibility to contact USPS with the tracking number to locate lost or stolen packages. 

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

it is the buyers responsibility to make sure that you have entered in your correct shipping address upon check out. If buyer does not provide us with an updated shipping address, buyer is responsible for additional shipping charges to purchase a new shipping label.
